Nikos Siapkaras is the Co-Founder and Head of Design at A&S Architects. Born and raised in Athens, he brings over 25 years of professional experience in the field of architecture.

He holds a Degree in Architecture from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and a Master’s in Architecture – Spatial Design, specializing in Design – Space – Culture.

Nikos has participated in numerous international and national architectural competitions, earning awards and commendations. He possesses extensive experience in the design, permitting, and supervision of projects of varying scales in both the public and private sectors, covering a broad range of typologies — including sports facilities, healthcare and educational buildings, residential and hospitality complexes, commercial centers, industrial and special-use buildings, renovations and restorations, as well as landscape and urban design projects in Greece and abroad.

His designs and completed works have been published in architectural journals and in both print and digital media. In parallel, he has authored scholarly articles featured in Greek and international publications. He is also the author of the technical handbook “Practical Guide with Construction Details” (Dashoffer Hellas) and has been a guest speaker at architectural conferences.

Nikos is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE), the Association of Greek Architects (SADAS), the Hellenic Institute of Architecture (EIA), the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE – Greece), and ELIPYKA. He holds a Class C Design License in categories 06 (Architectural Studies) and 07 (Special Architectural Studies).
