Juan Ramirez

Juan Ramirez is a partner at 3XN responsible for leading complex, mixed-use  projects. He has developed an excellent ability for interacting in diverse cultural  environments having worked with multidisciplinary teams on projects in Europe,  Asia, and North and South America. He is experienced in contributing to design  development and concept analysis as well leading projects through construction.  

He was involved from concept to delivery of 2 Finsbury Avenue (2FA) in London’s  Broadgate. Currently under construction, 2FA comprises 2 office towers above a  public podium, and is targeting net zero carbon in construction and in operation  as well as BREEAM Outstanding certification. Most recently he has been involved  in the successful planning application for 65 Crutched Friars in the City of London  and the early concept stages of Euston Tower in the Borough of Camden, as well  as two confidential projects in the City of London and Canary Wharf. 

Juan is a key figure in the hiring process for junior staff in London and Copenha gen and coordinates knowledge exchange between 3XN’s global studios.
